Urban Leadership is an organization dedicated to the development of generational leaders to bring transformative change to local communities and around the world. Through experiential education we unlock the passion of the young and the young at heart to discover their strengths, determine their course, and develop the required leadership skills to live out their highest potential. The ULA is preparing both urban and suburban leaders to confront the ever-growing challenges of our diverse communities.
We Provide Intensive Leadership Experiences
Our programs are aimed at strengthening the leadership skills of participants willing to be transformed. We conduct leadership training programs for high school students, youth leading organizations, and individual groups committed to growing and exploring their leadership potential. Our creative teaching methods and unforgettable simulations create environments where learning is both easy and practical. Through self discovery we prepare you to use your strengths, through study we harness your skills, and through service we teach you to implement your newly enlarged capacity.
